CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Online reservations will only be accepted using our reservation form.

Budgets are without obligation.

You can request information by email at info@leitransfer.com or WhatsApp 659 85 11 13 during the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

If you accept our quote, you will receive a voucher to give to the driver who will be in charge of making your transfer. If you pick up at stations or airports, he will be waiting for you with a sign with your name at the exit of the terminals.

Reservations will be made at least 24 hours before the service, if less time is available, check availability through our email info@leitransfer.com

Acceptance of the service implies a minimum payment of 25% of the total online service, the rest can be paid t through Visa or bizum.

Leitransfer offers additional discounts for full payment of your reservation and arranging your return. You can also send you a discount voucher once your reservation is complete to use on your next trip.
8.-
Full refund of the amount paid in case of cancellation up to 24 hours, beyond that time only the amount of the service will be disbursed except for the minimum of 25%.

Pickups at stations and airports will have 60 minutes of free waiting.
10.-
In the case of flight diversion or cancellation, Leitransfer will consider the service void, paying only the minimum amount of 25% of the total service.

Leitransfer may refuse to make trips on non-passable routes
12.-
All Leitransfer vehicles will have a complaints book available to the customer.
13.-
Leitransfer reserves the right to replace the contracted vehicle with another with similar characteristics or a higher class.
14.-
If the pickup does not match the reservation data (number of people, luggage,...), it may incur a charge.
